Personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") are processed by us only to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly Internet presence, including its contents and the services offered there.

Pursuant to Art. 4 item 1. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e. the Basic Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to only as "DSGVO"), "processing" shall mean any operation or set of operations carried out with or without the aid of automated procedures in connection with personal data, such as collection, recording, organisation, filing, storage, adaptation or alteration, reading, querying, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, alignment or combination, restriction, deletion or destruction.

With the following data protection declaration we inform you in particular about the type, scope, purpose, duration and legal basis of the processing of personal data, insofar as we decide either alone or together with others about the purposes and means of processing. In addition, we inform you in the following about the third-party components we use for optimisation purposes and to increase the quality of use, insofar as third parties process data on their own responsibility.

Rights of users and data subjects

With regard to the data processing described in more detail below, the users and data subjects have the right

to obtain confirmation as to whether or not data relating to him/her are being processed, information on the data processed, further information on the data processing and copies of the data (see also Art. 15 DSGVO)

the correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (see also Art. 16 FADP);

to the immediate deletion of data relating to them (cf. also Art. 17 DSGVO), or, alternatively, if further processing is necessary pursuant to Art. 17 para. 3 DSGVO, to the restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO;

to the receipt of data concerning them and provided by them and to the transfer of such data to other providers/responsible parties (cf. also Art. 20 DSGVO);

to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they are of the opinion that data concerning them is being processed by the provider in breach of data protection provisions (cf. also Art. 77 DSGVO).

In addition, the provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed by the provider of any correction or deletion of data or the restriction of processing that is carried out on the basis of Articles 16, 17 (1), 18 FADP. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding this, the user has a right to information about these recipients.

Likewise, in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO, users and data subjects have the right to object to the future processing of data relating to them, provided that the data is processed by the provider in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) DSGVO. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct marketing is permitted.

Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any legal storage obligations and no other information on individual processing methods is provided below.

The provision of the data is necessary for processing and answering your enquiry - without the provision of this data, we cannot answer your enquiry or can only answer it to a limited extent.The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.

Your data will be deleted if your enquiry has been finally answered and the deletion is not opposed by any legal storage obligations, as for example in the case of a possible subsequent contract processing.

Analysis tools and advertising

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

The storage of Google Analytics cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both his website and his advertising. 

IP Anonymization

We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

Order data processing

We have concluded a contract with Google for commissioned data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Demographic characteristics in Google Analytics

This website uses the "demographic features" function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated that contain information about the age, gender and interests of the site visitors. This data comes from  

interest-based advertising from Google and from visitor data from third parties. This information cannot be associated with any particular individual. You can disable this feature at any time by changing the ad settings in your Google Account, or generally prohibit Google Analytics from collecting your information as described in the "Opting out of data collection" section.

Social media 

We currently use the following social media plug-ins: LinkedIn. With the plug-ins we offer you the possibility to interact with social networks and other users, so that we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plug-ins is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO. 

Data processing by social networks 

By activating the plug-in, personal data about you is transferred to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (in the case of US providers in the USA). In the case of Facebook, according to the respective providers in Germany, the IP address is anonymised immediately after it is collected.Since the plug-in provider collects data in particular via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies via your browser's security settings before clicking on the grayed-out box.

We have no influence on the collected data and data processing procedures, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, the purposes of processing, the storage periods. We also have no information about the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.

The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the design of its website to meet requirements. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (also for users who are not logged in) for the purpose of presenting need-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. 

Right of objection 

You have a right of objection to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact the respective plug-in provider in order to exercise this right. 

Data processing depending on the user profile 

The data is passed on regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, the data we collect from you will be directly assigned to your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you click the activated button and, for example, link the page, the plug-in provider will also store this information in your user account and publicly share it with your contacts.
